This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content for 13 properties.
• Utilize existing blog material, website content, and keyword resources to create posts.
• Conduct basic video editing for social media assets.
• Ensure consistent posting across various platforms.
• Set up and manage Google My Business profiles for all 13 properties.
• Assist in verifying outstanding listings (4 remaining).
• Regularly upload and refresh content on GMB profiles.
• Implement email campaigns using the available guest data.
• Utilize pre-designed templates and systems for communication.
• Provide updates regarding promotions (e.g., events like Grand Prix), seasonal offers, and announcements.
• Guarantee that campaigns are executed accurately and dispatched punctually.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions.
• Experience in creating and posting social media content.
• Basic skills in video editing.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks across properties.
• Proficient in using existing tools, templates, and systems.
• Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Google My Business (GMB).
• Background in short-term rentals, real estate, or property marketing.
