This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Open doors: You will take the initiative to identify and engage with construction teams, introducing them to Shape and arranging introductory calls.

• Refine our outreach strategy: Leveraging data and insights, you'll consistently enhance our approach by experimenting with messaging and channels.

• Collaborate with the team: You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure aligned efforts.

• Grow yourself and others: You will have the chance to refine your sales skills, share best practices, and help build a world-class growth function.

• Shape how we scale: Utilize your experience in developing outreach processes and systems to assist in refining our SDR engine.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or construction technology.

• Communication: A confident and engaging communicator.

• Leadership: You possess a strong sense of ownership.

• Impact: You have the ability to read between the lines, identify opportunities, and adjust your approach based on effectiveness.

• Nice to Have: Experience with full-cycle/360 sales exposure, excelling in the art of influence and persuasion.
