This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Create visually captivating web pages, promotional assets, and digital marketing materials that bolster global marketing strategies.
• Design social media graphics, email layouts, animations, and multimedia content that adhere to Veeam’s branding guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to convert campaign goals into compelling visual designs.
• Produce reusable templates and design elements that enhance efficiency and maintain consistency across various marketing platforms.
• Utilize AI-driven design tools and generative technologies to optimize workflows and boost creative output.
• Clearly articulate design concepts, decisions, and reasoning to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee design projects from inception to final execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and campaign objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in web design, digital design, or a similar creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in digital marketing, campaigns, or web design.
• Skilled in Figma and contemporary digital design tools.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools for generating images, managing design workflows, or producing multimedia content.
• Capable of effectively communicating design concepts to both creative and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with principles of digital marketing design and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
• Background in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
