Marketing Assistant, Writer – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• You craft compelling content and ensure smooth operations.

• You take charge of our written materials and email communications; you publish content punctually and guarantee that nothing is released with errors.

• Create engaging blog posts and articles that attract readers.

• Develop case studies based on customer successes or testimonial discussions.

• Produce everyday copy, including social media captions, in-app pop-ups and banners, landing page text, and email content.

• Compose, design, and distribute our newsletters and lifecycle emails (trial, onboarding, retention).

• Review every message before sending: ensuring links function, personalization is accurate, readability on mobile is optimal, and the unsubscribe option is operational.

• Schedule and publish the finalized content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube punctually and consistently.

• Manage the content pipeline effectively: monitor ongoing projects, follow up on missing items, and ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Evaluate content from the creative team prior to publication or distribution: verify the copy's accuracy, confirm client names are spelled correctly, ensure links are functional, and maintain our tone.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience writing marketing content (blog posts, emails, case studies) for a SaaS or digital enterprise.

• Native-level proficiency in written English with a distinct and confident voice.

• Proficient in using an email platform (ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar).

• Comfortable with scheduling and posting on social media platforms.

• Highly organized and dependable; you meet your deadlines consistently.

• A keen eye for detail; you identify typos that others may overlook.
