This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience expansion.
• Create and share captivating content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other pertinent social media channels.
• Highlight company news, team accomplishments, workplace culture, events, milestones, promotions, anniversaries, and new hires.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative methods to optimize engagement and outreach.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, engagement metrics, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Produce high-quality marketing collateral for clients and candidates.
• Create and oversee long-term, market-focused content initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a coherent LinkedIn strategy for both the business and individual consultants.
• Enhance employer branding through team showcases, staff events, and cultural content.
• Manage and oversee the content calendar for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
• Prior experience in a marketing, social media, or digital marketing position.
• Strong skills in content creation and copywriting.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and various other social media platforms.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in recruitment, professional services, or B2B marketing is preferred.
• Understanding of SEO and website content management.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Graphic design and basic video editing skills are advantageous.
