Marketing Analyst – Mid level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.

📋 Description

• Master the Versat product portfolio.

• Design and implement processes and workflows within the marketing department.

• Execute actions to achieve departmental goals and monitor OKRs.

• Ensure brand consistency and identity.

• Review and suggest improvements for institutional communication and positioning.

• Update competitor information.

• Participate in pricing strategies.

• Execute social media plans based on user personas.

• Edit educational videos, internal content, live sessions, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate the recording, editing, and publication of interviews.

• Create Inbound Marketing content (blogs, landing pages, emails).

• Organize both in-person and virtual events.

• Support digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and collaborate with vendors.

• Clearly and attractively communicate new features and products.

• Create and update graphic materials for brand promotion.

• Provide support to business units in internal campaigns and events.

• Assist the sales department with campaign decisions, indicator analysis, and action plans.

• Present results and impacts of initiatives.

• Proactively act as an agent of continuous improvement within the organization.

• Participate in weekly marketing meetings and daily meetings with your team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or Design.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing.

• Experience in ERP or SaaS companies.

• Experience in event organization.

• Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and Inbound Marketing.

• Intermediate Spanish for client communication and support.

• Experience or interest in the agriculture sector.

• Remote First mindset (high capacity for self-management and asynchronous communication).

• Advantageous: international experience in PY and/or LATAM.
