Marketing Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in the Versat product range.

• Develop and execute marketing processes and workflows.

• Implement strategies to achieve departmental objectives and track OKRs.

• Maintain brand consistency and uphold identity.

• Evaluate and suggest enhancements to institutional communication and positioning.

• Keep competitor insights current.

• Engage in pricing strategy discussions.

• Roll out social media strategies tailored to user personas.

• Edit various types of videos, including educational, internal, live, and promotional content.

• Oversee the recording, editing, and distribution of interviews.

• Generate inbound marketing materials such as blogs, landing pages, and emails.

• Plan and coordinate both in-person and virtual events.

• Track digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and coordinate with external vendors.

• Clearly and attractively communicate new features and products.

• Design and refresh graphic materials for brand promotion.

• Assist business units with internal campaigns and events.

• Support the sales team in campaign strategies, KPI assessments, and action plans.

• Present outcomes and impacts of your initiatives.

• Proactively act as a catalyst for continuous improvement within the organization.

• Attend weekly Marketing meetings and daily team sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or Design.

• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing.

• Background in ERP or SaaS industries.

• Proven experience in event organization.

• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, social media, and inbound marketing.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish for customer support and communication.

• Experience or interest in the agribusiness/agriculture sector.

• Remote-first mentality with strong self-management and asynchronous communication skills.

• Preferred: international experience in Paraguay and/or other Latin American countries.
