This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create, launch, and refine campaigns and canvases in Braze across various channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
• Evaluate existing consumer pathways to pinpoint engagement gaps, drop-off areas, and missed messaging chances.
• Formulate segmentation strategies and tailored communications that enhance activation, engagement, and retention rates.
• Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain performance dashboards and reporting structures that make campaign data understandable for the wider marketing team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Daily Active Users (DAU), Average Revenue Per Daily Active User (ARPDAU), Lifetime Value (LTV) per user, open rates, click rates, and conversions, while highlighting insights related to these metrics.
• Efficiently manage our marketing CRM tool to foster new and innovative use cases that can be shared throughout the team.
• Write SQL queries to analyze issues and campaign outcomes using internal data.
• Discover opportunities to implement AI tools and automation across marketing processes from copy creation to campaign quality assurance to performance evaluation.
• Develop and refine tools, templates, and agents that minimize manual work and enhance output consistency.
• Stay informed on emerging AI and automation capabilities, providing concrete suggestions for their application within Sezzle's marketing framework.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to align on tool selection and ensure seamless implementation.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing stakeholders, translating requirements in both directions.
• Promote the adoption of new tools and workflows by creating documentation, training materials, and providing hands-on support for team members.
• Identify and communicate integration risks early, offering concrete recommendations for mitigation.
• Practical experience in building or implementing AI tools, agents, and automation in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, comfortable working with data, executing queries, and presenting findings with context.
• Experience in consumer marketing operations, CRM platforms (Braze or similar), or marketing technology stacks; experience with Braze is advantageous.
• Capability to identify process inefficiencies and devise structured, scalable solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Basic project management skills; organized, proactive, and dependable with deadlines.
• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
