This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and enhancing strategies aimed at re-engaging customers, particularly those who have expressed initial interest but may not have completed a specific action.
• Focus on increasing customer retention, fostering repeat business, and efficiently guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
• Accountable for developing knowledge in business segments, functions, and processes, alongside an understanding of business-area data and advanced analytics to effectively implement solutions that boost profitable growth.
• Collaboratively supports the planning, development, testing, implementation, and monitoring of predictive or prescriptive analytics solutions to address strategic business challenges and foster future innovation.
• Provides analytical and operational assistance for initiatives aimed at implementing user-centered, advanced analytical solutions to strategic business issues.
• Key areas of responsibility may encompass market and competitive intelligence, user-focused solutions, implementation of advanced analytics projects, and supporting strategy, planning, and visioning efforts.
• Executes project plans or agile user stories punctually and communicates the status of analytical solutions effectively to key stakeholders.
• Aids in achieving business goals related to acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development by contributing to advanced analytic projects.
• Conducts research on market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and pinpoint opportunities for innovation and advanced analytical solutions.
• Proficient in English, as collaboration will occur with a team based in the US.
• Experience in the Insurance Industry is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business research, analytics, or a related field is required.
• Ability to incorporate analytics, including results from A/B or multivariate tests, knockout rates, drop-off rates, and other consumer and performance KPIs.
• Experience in project management and the execution of strategic roadmaps.
• Documentation of modifications in workflows.
• Competence in competitive intelligence.
• Proficiency in market research.
• Familiarity with performance trends over time.
• Knowledge of marketing principles.
• Expertise in market research and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
