This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assist in the upkeep of customer databases for the purposes of campaign targeting and segmentation.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other pertinent data privacy regulations in all data handling and campaign activities.
• Observe and assess campaign performance utilizing tools such as Marketo analytics, Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social media insights.
• Offer actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing targeting, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain performance dashboards for internal stakeholders, including global and country marketing, product marketing, and leadership teams.
• Collect customer insights as required through Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and lead flow via Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring precise lead capture, qualification, and routing to sales teams.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing Analytics, or CRM/Automation, preferably within the healthcare sector or B2B; strong B2C lifecycle/CRM experience is acceptable if relevant tools/processes are applicable.
• Practical experience with key platforms and concepts: Salesforce (SFDC) including Campaigns, Leads/Contacts, Opportunities, Campaign Influence, and lead assignment & validation rules.
• Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo or SFMC, focusing on segmentation, smart lists, lifecycle nurtures, lead scoring, email operations, form handling, and UTM capture.
• Experience with Dashboarding & Reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau or SFDC dashboards; familiarity with KPI frameworks and Excel.
• Knowledge of GDPR practices including consent capture, double opt-in, unsubscribe & preference center, and retention policies.
• Strong analytical communication skills to convert metrics into actionable insights.
• A process-oriented mindset with the capacity to follow and create Standard Work when necessary.
