Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate paid marketing initiatives across various channels, regions, and creative assets.

• Create regular reports and deliver ad-hoc analyses on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution).

• Integrate marketing data with product performance metrics to assess the actual business impact of campaigns.

• Oversee the health of the marketing funnel and identify any anomalies or declines in performance.

• Work alongside product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to enhance data pipelines and tracking mechanisms.

• Offer actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and budget distribution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics.

• Proven experience in collaborating with marketing and product teams to track key performance metrics, identify anomalies or performance challenges, and convey actionable insights to managers for informed decision-making.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Strong skills in problem identification with critical thinking and a clear understanding of cause-and-effect relationships.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, retention) and attribution models (last-click, multi-touch).

• Effective communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Familiarity with Python and a basic understanding of machine learning would be advantageous.

• Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, etc.) is considered a plus.
