• Take charge of our tracking and measurement setup from start to finish: Design and manage our marketing tracking infrastructure across GTM (both client and server-side), GA4, and various marketing pixels. Ensure that all new campaigns, features, and landing pages are trackable from the outset.
• Guarantee dependable attribution in a consent-focused environment: Comprehend how CMPs and consent mechanisms affect attribution, event tracking, and campaign performance, ensuring that tracking aligns with both legal and technical requirements.
• Examine marketing performance beyond the usual platform dashboards: Analyze ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution margins, linking campaign performance to backend revenue and subscription behavior, and perform in-depth analyses such as cohorts and CLTV.
• Enhance the webshop funnel through data-informed analysis: Identify conversion drop-offs, measure revenue impact, segment performance by traffic source, device, and campaign, and bolster CRO initiatives with structured insights.
• Construct trustworthy marketing data models and reporting: Utilize SQL and dbt to model marketing data, maintain uniform metric definitions, and provide reporting that stakeholders can confidently rely on for decision-making.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within a DTC or e-commerce context that includes subscription models and paid traffic dynamics.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, and marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Affiliate, Native, etc.), covering everything from implementation to troubleshooting.
• Proficient SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• A solid grasp of attribution frameworks, consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP logic), and funnel/CRO analysis. Familiarity with attribution tools like Klar is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication abilities and a knack for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with a strong ownership mentality.
