This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gather and assess data from various marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, organic, social, email, etc.).
• Monitor essential marketing KPIs, including:
• Take ownership of full-funnel performance tracking across Marketing, SDR, VAPI, and Direct channels.
• Oversee budget, expenditure, management fees, ROAS, and CAC to ensure cost-efficient growth.
• Keep track of lead volume, qualification rates, CPL, and cost per qualified lead.
• Evaluate demo performance and conversion rates (booked, completed, show-up, no-shows) across all channels.
• Supervise pipeline health, lead quality, and reasons for disqualification throughout the funnel.
• Report on revenue impact, including projected versus actual clients, services sold, MRR, and average deal size.
• Develop custom dashboards using Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Google Sheets for directors.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation to enhance lead generation and nurturing.
• Design and refine HubSpot forms for data collection and conversion tracking.
• Apply UTM parameters and HubSpot shortcodes to monitor campaign performance.
• Maintain data integrity and oversee CRM performance to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Investigate and explore PandaDoc features for marketing and sales insights.
• Discover opportunities for contract management.
• Perform QA testing for marketing automation and integrations.
• Identify and resolve bugs, workflow challenges, and system errors.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure marketing tools operate effectively.
• Experience in marketing analytics and KPI tracking (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, revenue).
• Proficient in HubSpot CRM (workflows, automation, forms, UTMs).
• Competent in Looker Studio and Google Sheets for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign analysis (paid, organic, social, email).
• Experience in QA testing and troubleshooting; familiarity with PandaDoc is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
