Market Research Associate, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the completion of recruitment tasks assigned to projects in the Austria and Switzerland regions, as well as other QQFS designated markets.

• Engage with M3 Global Research panelists through phone outreach, conducting cold calls to recruit respondents for designated projects.

• Take initiative to plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment strategies for the assigned projects.

• Provide timely updates in the specified format to the project management team.

• Achieve outsourcing targets for designated markets.

• Carry out allocated panel building initiatives in the Scandinavian region.

• Contact new registrants to verify and update their email addresses.

• Deliver high-quality support to M3 Global Research members via telephone and email/support ticket communications.

• Investigate fraudulent respondents and take appropriate actions according to M3 data quality protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a variety of audiences.

• Strong PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Internet usage, social media, email, and other tools relevant to assigned responsibilities.

• Attention to detail with outstanding analytical and investigative abilities.

• Capability to ask insightful questions, respond accurately and effectively, while ensuring that audiences feel supported.
