Market Research Associate, Dutch, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment activities for projects based in Belgium and Switzerland.

• Engage with M3 Global Research panelists through cold calling.

• Strategically plan and execute panel recruitment initiatives.

• Provide management with updates regarding project progress and outcomes.

• Ensure monthly registration goals are achieved for Belgium and Switzerland.

• Contact new registrants to verify and refresh their information.

• Navigate various systems to address inquiries and resolve complaints.

• Ensure that respondent inquiries are managed in accordance with company policy.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with panel participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• Familiarity with Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, or German is preferred.

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Internet, Social Media, and email communication.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and investigative abilities.

• Capable of asking probing questions to ensure audience engagement.
