Market Research Associate, Danish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Execute all recruitment tasks assigned for projects in the Scandinavia region and any other markets designated by QQFS.

• Contact M3 Global Research panelists by phone and perform cold calling to recruit participants for assigned projects.

• Actively plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment strategies for designated projects.

• Provide timely updates in the specified format to the project management team regarding project progress.

• Ensure that outsourcing targets for the designated markets are met.

• Reach out to users to reactivate their accounts.

• Deliver high-quality support to M3 Global Research members through telephone and email/support ticket communications.

• Investigate fraudulent respondents and take appropriate actions based on M3 data quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, along with a preference for one additional language: (French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch).

• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a diverse range of audiences.

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Internet usage, Social Media, email, and other necessary tools related to assigned responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding analytical and investigative abilities.

• Capacity to ask insightful questions, respond accurately and effectively, and ensure that audiences feel supported.
