This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
• Promptly respond to incoming leads generated from forms, chat, events, and content downloads while adhering to speed-to-lead service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assess prospects by uncovering their challenges, objectives, timelines, and compatibility, directing them to the appropriate product, tier, and sales representative.
• Organize lead queues based on intent, source, and recency.
• Keep precise records in the CRM regarding interactions, outcomes, and subsequent steps.
• Schedule high-quality demonstrations while setting clear expectations for both prospects and sales teams.
• Verify meeting details and emphasize value to enhance attendance rates.
• Re-engage with no-shows and stalled leads through outreach sequences and appropriate incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales on handoffs and provide feedback on lead quality.
• Work on priority campaign lead lists and assist with reactivation and engagement efforts.
• Customize communication and messaging according to persona, segment, and product line.
• Share insights regarding objections, competitors, and pain points with the Marketing team.
• Adhere to established workflows, cadences, and qualification standards.
• Track performance metrics and modify strategies based on outcomes.
• Experiment with messaging, sequences, and interaction patterns, sharing findings with the team.
• Offer feedback on lead sources, campaign results, and routing strategies to Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or revenue-related role such as SDR/BDR, inbound sales, support, or customer success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating via phone, email, and video.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage a high volume of inbound leads.
• Familiarity with a CRM platform, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with at least one sales engagement or marketing automation tool, like Outreach.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt based on performance metrics.
• Curiosity and empathy; capable of asking insightful questions and actively listening.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools for outreach, call summaries, or workflow enhancement.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or with SMB or mid-market clients is a plus.
• Understanding of inbound marketing funnel concepts such as MQL, SAL, SQL, show rate, and speed-to-lead is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams is beneficial.
• Must possess valid work authorization to be employed by any company in Canada or the U.S. without sponsorship.
