Market Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of host entrepreneurs and emerging hosts, focusing on their retention, development, and optimization on the Airbnb platform.

• Facilitate individualized optimization and onboarding discussions, offering strategic advice on pricing, availability, and the quality of listings.

• Ensure availability during peak demand periods, allowing hosts to maximize their revenue opportunities.

• Inform hosts about product updates and policy modifications while relaying their feedback to internal departments.

• Address host inquiries and deliver prompt, high-quality support to enhance their platform experience.

• Examine performance metrics to uncover trends and capitalize on opportunities that boost bookings and host success.

• Foster enduring relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive continuous, tailored support.

• Assist Market Managers in executing one-to-many educational initiatives, including webinars and mass email communications.

• Aid hosts in upholding exemplary hospitality standards for an outstanding guest experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry (preferred).

• Strong time management and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently.

• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of business and fostering engagement and growth through proactive account management.

• Highly motivated, with a strong inclination for action and resilience in overcoming challenges.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, especially in managing leads and opportunities.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
