Manual Test Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead manual testing initiatives

• Manage a team of engineers

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality software products that meet organizational standards

• Direct the testing strategy, planning, and execution

• Mentor and support the professional growth of team members

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality objectives

• Maintain quality metrics, reporting, and a focus on continuous improvement

• Supervise test planning, execution, and defect management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• 8-10 years of experience in testing with leadership responsibilities

• Preferred: Additional relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance

• Advanced skills in system testing methodologies and creation of test documentation

• Strong comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes

• In-depth knowledge of test planning, execution, error reporting, and verification procedures

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Experience with API, integration, and data testing
