Managing Principal – AI Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Chief AI Officer to outline and implement 3Cloud's enterprise AI strategy, operational framework, investment priorities, and governance structure.

• Lead the AI Center of Excellence across various service lines, creating standards, reusable assets, reference architectures, accelerators, and best practices.

• Promote the enterprise-wide adoption of AI in client delivery, internal operations, practitioner enablement, and innovation initiatives.

• Ensure alignment of 3Cloud's AI strategy with Microsoft and Cognizant while maintaining 3Cloud's distinctive Azure-focused approach.

• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the AI Center of Excellence by assessing adoption rates, asset reuse, delivery quality, and business impact.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive clients regarding enterprise AI strategy, governance, operational models, and large-scale AI transformations.

• Integrate business strategy with AI architecture, engineering, data platforms, agentic systems, and production delivery processes.

• Define technical direction, architectural principles, and reference patterns for enterprise AI solutions.

• Offer guidance on the organization’s most intricate AI opportunities, architectures, delivery methodologies, and technology decisions.

• Mentor senior architects, consultants, and technical leaders throughout the organization.

• Develop and refine 3Cloud's AI portfolio encompassing strategy, governance, engineering, agentic AI, platforms, industry solutions, and managed services.

• Influence strategic pursuits, executive presentations, solution development, and complex proposals.

• Transform executive AI strategy engagements into implementation, managed services, and enduring client relationships.

• Stimulate pipeline growth, solution differentiation, and cross-service-line collaboration.

• Identify emerging AI technologies, market trends, and industry developments that shape 3Cloud's strategic direction.

• Create reusable methodologies, evaluation frameworks, reference implementations, and intellectual property assets.

• Advocate for responsible, secure, and commercially viable AI adoption throughout the organization.

• Encourage collaboration across Advisory, Engineering, Security, Cloud, Applications, Experience Design, Organizational Change Management, and Managed Services.

• Develop unique perspectives on enterprise AI strategy, agentic AI, responsible AI, AI operating models, workforce transformation, and value realization.

• Represent 3Cloud in engagements with clients, Microsoft, Cognizant, analysts, conferences, executive forums, and industry organizations.

• Contribute to publications, executive briefings, market campaigns, and strategic partner initiatives.

• Enhance 3Cloud’s reputation as a leader in practical, responsible, and business-focused AI transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in AI, data platforms, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, software engineering, consulting, or related fields.

• Extensive expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, enterprise AI architecture, and AI delivery in production environments.

• Significant experience in advising C-suite executives on AI strategy and business transformation initiatives.

• Proven track record of leading enterprise AI, innovation, architecture, or technology Centers of Excellence.

• Demonstrated ability to align business strategy with AI architecture, engineering, governance, security, and organizational adoption.

• Experience in shaping strategic consulting pursuits and translating advisory engagements into implementation programs.

• Outstanding executive communication, consulting, and influencing skills within complex, matrixed organizations.
