Managing Director – Enterprise AI Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements a strategic vision for enterprise AI products that supports revenue growth, enhances operational efficiency, and improves client outcomes.

• Leads initiatives that transform cross-functional operations by redesigning essential workflows in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding.

• Collaborates with business leaders to identify and rank AI use cases that have a significant impact.

• Manages the creation and execution of AI solutions, utilizing both internal resources and external partnerships.

• Promotes enterprise-wide adoption of AI technologies and facilitates behavioral changes across various business units.

• Provides guidance to the CEO and senior leadership on AI strategies, investment opportunities, and governance issues.

• Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency improvements, cost savings, error reduction, and enhancements in client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or technology roles.

• Background in financial services or fund administration is preferred.

• Equivalent qualifications and experience will be taken into account.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, or advanced analytics; possessing a solid conceptual understanding.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
