Managing Director – AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated content pertaining to business strategy, leadership, change management, and team dynamics.

• Analyze AI outputs for realistic executive-level reasoning, business applicability, and compliance with industry best practices.

• Create real-world scenarios and case studies drawing from your experience as a managing director.

• Produce variations of scenarios from multiple viewpoints (e.g., managing director, board member, department head, or stakeholder).

• Detect and refine incomplete reasoning or gaps in AI content related to leadership and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level managing director, CEO, or executive leader with extensive professional experience in the EU or UK.

• Profoundly knowledgeable in leading large organizations, formulating business strategies, and managing complex operations.

• Proficient in evaluating executive processes, team dynamics, and organizational health.

• Capable of working independently and providing constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, ensuring consistent communication.
