This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Coordinate and implement data provisioning operations for clients, collaborating with internal partners.
• Recognize risks associated with data provisioning operations and collaborate with internal teams to address issues.
• Offer operational and high-level scientific support in critical areas for individual clients.
• Act as a primary contact in managing day-to-day activities of a portfolio of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering the growth of the Tempus TIME business.
• Grasp the challenges faced by partners and work closely with Business Development and internal Tempus teams to formulate proposals that highlight how Tempus can address those challenges.
• Organize cross-departmental working groups with partners and joint steering committees.
• Evaluate the need for engaging Tempus subject matter experts across various product areas in collaboration with Business Development and Operations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all contracts relevant to partnerships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues; serve as a point of internal and joint escalation; devise and present recommendations for resolution.
• Lead the planning and execution of relevant face-to-face partner meetings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct account health progress assessments internally, coordinating across diverse Business Development activities, proposals, projects, etc.
• Champion the strategic objectives of the partnership, managing expansion opportunities and executing initiatives to ensure the partnership achieves its long-term potential.
• Maintain and grow collaborations with pharmaceutical partners/CROs, employing innovative strategies for rapid study start-up.
• Oversee deliverable execution for a subset of pharmaceutical clients, emphasizing quality and timely completion.
• Manage the daily execution of studies within the TIME network from start-up to closure, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing growth of the Tempus business.
• Leverage knowledge of clinical trial development and study start-up to prepare a portfolio of trials for the network of sites.
• Assist the team in developing innovative tactics, processes, tools, systems, and strategies to accelerate the completion of cancer clinical trials.
• Collaborate with various teams within Tempus to fulfill key deliverables, including site operations, medical affairs, pathology, bioinformatics, and data science.
• Identify risks related to assigned studies and work with internal and external partners to address issues.
• Occasional travel may be required (subject to project needs).
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree with over 7 years of experience in managing complex clinical trials from site, sponsor, or CRO perspectives.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, study start-up, clinical trial agreements, trial budgets, IRB submissions, and pharmaceutical operations.
