This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead the optimization of processes and the standardization of solutions by utilizing best practices from various platforms, architectural guidelines, and industry standards.
• Manage system integrations across enterprise platforms, encompassing interfaces with ERP systems, third-party applications, and external partners (such as APIs, EDI, and middleware solutions).
• Organize and carry out use case testing, validate end-user activities, and provide post-implementation hyper care support.
• Supervise production support operations and serve as the escalation point for critical incidents and significant system challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts after implementation to prioritize and deliver system enhancements.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to facilitate end-to-end enterprise business processes and pinpoint areas for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability through technology.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and end users by developing a deep functional understanding and establishing trusted partnerships.
• Recognize opportunities for cost savings and drive innovation through initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and modernization.
• Specify solution architecture requirements and ensure they align with enterprise architectural principles and standards.
• Verify that solutions adhere to security, risk, and regulatory requirements in accordance with Information Security and governance policies.
• Engage in the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on core enterprise platforms and integrated business processes.
• Lead efforts to resolve critical system issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Assist in conducting cost-benefit analyses and developing business cases for proposed initiatives and enhancements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Business System Analysts and technical team members to promote effective collaboration and delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in technical delivery and IT leadership roles, emphasizing solution design, systems implementation, and release management.
• Proven capability to lead, mentor, and manage Business System Analysts or similar positions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic and analytical approach with the capacity to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Experience in driving process enhancements and applying application or platform best practices in complex enterprise environments.
