Manager – Sustainability Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish processes and contribute to team growth

• Independently oversee major clients in carbon management (CCF, PCF, and Net-Zero Management) while cultivating ideas to enhance long-term partnerships

• Play an integral role in the development of our software

• Validate the outputs/results of the software

• Engage in the planning and execution of strategic projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting or within a corporate sustainability department, focusing on CCF/PCF or sustainability strategy

• At least 1 year of experience in team management

• Proactive approach with a hands-on mentality to drive initiatives forward

• Collaborative team player who engages closely with key stakeholders across the organization

• Strong capability to navigate and handle complex topics

• Experience in project management

• Enjoys establishing and refining processes

• Motivated to challenge the status quo and assist companies in their initial steps toward sustainability

• Exceptional communication skills

• Willingness and ability to quickly learn and engage with a variety of topics

• Passionate about supporting clients on their sustainability journeys
