This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will guide a skilled and agile full-stack engineering team, leveraging advanced technologies to tackle edge cases on a global level;
• Offer technical expertise and career mentorship to the team, nurturing an environment of continuous learning, psychological safety, and high performance;
• Set and uphold "gold standards" for development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain the stability and maintainability of our systems;
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Design leaders to transform intricate business requirements into sophisticated technical roadmaps;
• Create, deliver, test, deploy, sustain, and enhance solutions alongside a cross-functional team;
• Engage in incident resolution and troubleshooting within the production environment, as well as drafting useful and critical post-mortems;

• You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience as an engineer;
• You have demonstrated experience as a Tech Lead, with a minimum of 2 years in a formal or informal leadership/management role;
• Proficient in architecting modern web and mobile applications and experienced with cloud-based architectures;
• You are skilled in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python, with familiarity in Golang being a significant advantage;
• You have a strong understanding of developing RESTful web services, collaborating with front-end teams to define APIs, create mocks, and adhere to HTTP best practices;
• You apply computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and complexity analysis, to your daily tasks;
• You have practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis and understand their typical use cases;
• You possess outstanding interpersonal skills, able to convey complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders;
• You have professional working proficiency in English and can clearly articulate ideas during technical discussions.
