This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of slots performance reporting and GGR tracking by developing dashboards, highlighting trends, and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Oversee RTP across the portfolio; pinpoint and flag risky titles and escalate issues when governance action is necessary.
• Manage new game launches from start to finish — including supplier briefings through to go-live.
• Contribute to CRM and bonus campaigns, encompassing free spins, featured game placements, and promotional calendar planning.
• Perform frequency gap analysis to identify underperforming periods and uncover commercial opportunities.
• Analyze player behavior — including session patterns, loss trends, and responsible gambling signals for specific titles.
• Assist in detecting bonus abuse across the slots vertical.
• Collaborate with our Supplier Relations lead on content pipelines, commercial terms, and exclusive game selections.
• Organize supplier creative materials for use in marketing and on-site placements.
• Participate in roadmap curation alongside the broader Commercial and Product teams.
• Leverage AI tools — such as Claude and automation workflows — to expedite reporting, reveal insights, and minimize manual tasks.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset — adept at working with data, identifying patterns, and articulating findings clearly.
• Have experience in a reporting, commercial, product, or marketing role where performance tracking was crucial.
• Be confident with modern reporting tools and open to adopting AI-driven workflows (Claude, automation tools, etc.).
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail — you recognize anomalies and ensure they are addressed.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear, concise updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Show a genuine interest in casino and slots content — commercial instincts and curiosity are more important than extensive domain knowledge on day one.
