Manager, Site Contracts Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Study Start Up, Clinical Operations, legal, HR, finance, and various stakeholders.

• Assess, revise, and/or create processes and procedures for comprehensive site contract management.

• Directly manage a team of contract and budget associates.

• Distribute resources for new business opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Review, draft, and negotiate a diverse range of agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Experience working in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO).

• Experience interacting with major healthcare institutions in North America for the performance and negotiation of clinical trial agreements.

• Proven experience in remote people management.
