This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance across the Title & Settlement function.
• Manage the complete operational performance throughout Title & Settlement processes, encompassing Pre-Closing, Closing, Funding, Recording, and Post-Closing.
• Establish and oversee service delivery standards, SLAs, turnaround times, productivity measures, and quality metrics across teams.
• Promote operational scalability to accommodate volume growth, the onboarding of new clients, and transitions of legacy portfolios.
• Lead and supervise Team Leads and/or Supervisors, offering direction, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Take ownership of process standardization, documentation, and governance across all settlement workflows.
• Integrate quality and risk management frameworks into daily operations.
• Act as an operational partner for key clients, lenders, and underwriters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in Title, Escrow, or Settlement Services operations.
• Proven experience in leading scaled operations, managing complex workflows, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with national title underwriters, large lenders, or institutional clients is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of Title search, examination, curative, and closing operations.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with title/settlement systems (e.g., ResWare, Qualia, or proprietary platforms).
