This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee the Security Compliance team and ensure comprehensive enterprise security management.
• Establish strategic initiatives to enhance enterprise security programs in line with compliance and risk factors.
• Supervise adherence to enterprise security initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional growth of Security Compliance personnel.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for risk-focused security oversight across various business units and security sectors.
• Define the strategic direction for the team and allocate projects aimed at bolstering the enterprise security framework and mitigating security risks.
• Sustain and enhance enterprise security policies and standards.
• Identify regulatory developments that impact information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support security control owners in the design and implementation of controls.
• Lead the design, assessment, and supervision of controls for security-related IT projects, programs, applications, and systems.
• Track remediation lifecycle actions, including timelines, action plans, evidence artifacts, feedback, documentation, and escalations.
• Prepare compliance documentation and reports for Senior Management, the Board, and various initiatives.
• Sponsor and advocate for complex projects ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget, while escalating issues and providing weekly updates.
• Develop and implement best practices for security KPIs and KRIs.
• Conduct security metrics reporting and drive improvements in information security processes.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements is essential.
• CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISM certification is mandatory.
• CISSP certification is preferred.
