This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel crucial VIP sales metrics that enhance customer engagement, market share, and net revenue while strengthening and fostering relationships with current customers.
• Support process and compliance initiatives aimed at improving operations, efficiency, and service, while providing coaching to elevate team performance.
• Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to oversee reinvestment programs, including promotions and other incentive rewards, by regularly reviewing reports and actual transactions.
• Aid VIP leadership in the creation and execution of sales training programs.
• Engage in the escalation process, collaborating with clients and other DK departments to resolve client cases effectively.
• Lead a high-performing team through coaching, constructive feedback, and a solutions-focused approach.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.
• A strong grasp of the product line with the capability to identify and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and revenue.
• Proven experience in coaching a team to provide a high-quality customer experience and consistent sales techniques.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining the necessary State Gaming Licenses.
