📋 Description

• Guide a team of medical writers to create high-quality, scientifically accurate documentation supporting clinical trials.

• Supervise the medical writing team, offering direction and oversight to ensure the production of high-quality, consistent, and scientifically robust documentation.

• Manage the development of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, protocols, investigator brochures, and other essential clinical documents.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and project management, to ensure documentation alignment and accuracy.

• Guarantee that all documents adhere to relevant regulatory standards and internal guidelines while maintaining clear and concise scientific communication.

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all documentation is completed and submitted within set deadlines.

• Continuously enhance writing processes and templates, integrating best practices to improve the efficiency and quality of the medical writing function.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or a related discipline is preferred, along with extensive experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in managing medical writing teams and overseeing the creation of regulatory and clinical documents.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical trial processes, and best practices in scientific writing.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately convey complex scientific concepts.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards in medical writing.
