Manager – Medical Communications and Content Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create all pertinent medical affairs content.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Offer solutions to authors for designated projects.

• Oversee accuracy checks and ensure data quality control.

• Guarantee the timely delivery of all projects.

• Assist senior colleagues in creating training materials.

• Monitor the progress of all assigned projects.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in medical content creation.

• Train and cultivate expertise in leading industry tools and skills for content development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced scientific doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD, MSc, MPH, MPharm).

• Exceptional scientific writing abilities.

• At least 3 years of experience in writing and developing medical content for the pharmaceutical sector, academic environments, CROs, or biotech firms.

• Capability to lead and manage a project from start to finish.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Solid understanding of statistical principles applied in medical research.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication.

• Proven ability to independently lead projects and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Awareness of how technology can be applied to medical content development.
