This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Facilitate campaigns utilizing marketing automation platforms (emails, landing pages, forms, nurtures).
• Oversee lead lifecycle workflows, campaign quality assurance, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Assist with updates to the website and landing pages through CMS tools.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data, accuracy of segmentation, and governance of workflows.
• Manage data hygiene processes, including deduplication, enrichment, taxonomy audits, and validation of campaign lists.
• Monitor synchronization integrity and proactively address data inconsistencies and system challenges.
• Support integrations across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and related platforms.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and systems.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reporting for marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Track campaign and funnel performance and ensure the accuracy of reporting.
• Support the regulated use of systems, access controls, and management of configurations.
• Guarantee clean and validated data inputs for reporting, predictive models, and AI workflows.
• Uphold best practices for campaign setup, naming conventions, and data governance.
• Identify areas for enhancing efficiency, automation, and operational consistency.
• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Martech, Data Governance, or Digital Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS settings.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
• Solid understanding of campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with web analytics, CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow), and concepts related to campaign tracking.
• Experience with tools such as 6sense, ON24, Bizzabo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in SQL and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of data quality, data structures, and system integrations.
