Manager, IT Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the P&L of the products you develop with the teams you will lead.

• Prioritize, plan, manage, and track the delivery of products based on business strategy.

• Create products that will assist the company in achieving its digitalization strategy goals.

• Maintain the backlog, prioritized according to generated value, ROI, alignment with product strategy, and digitalization strategy, taking ownership of delivery.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, other product owners in the organization, digital strategy teams, architecture, and technical teams.

• Perform additional tasks that naturally arise from your role, tailored to your knowledge and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed higher education with a diploma, specialized in technical or economic fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Ms Visio and Ms Project.

• Knowledge of specific Project Management practices and tools.

• Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
