This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Oversee the daily management of global employee benefits programs.
• Guide and direct benefits team members in the execution of programs.
• Lead the coordination and governance of global benefits renewals across various markets.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external vendors.
• Manage global benefits administration platforms and associated systems.
• Work closely with HR Technology and Payroll teams.
• Supervise vendor relationships across multiple countries.
• Track the performance of global benefits operations.
• Assist with the global annual benefits cycles.
• Keep detailed documentation of global benefits policies.
• Provide analysis and reporting on program participation, cost trends, and vendor performance.
• Minimum of 8 years in a related role or experience, including at least 2 years in a management position.
• Background in benefits administration within a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in supervising or coordinating the tasks of others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
