This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance System Support team, establishing priorities and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Manage daily support for essential finance systems, addressing incidents, requests, recurring issues, and escalations.
• Supervise month-end close support, encompassing system readiness, process monitoring, issue resolution, and risk communication.
• Oversee finance system access procedures, role governance, periodic reviews, segregation of duties considerations, and collaboration with IT and control owners.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, internal development teams, and external support providers to troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Create support practices, documentation, controls, and user guidance across AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets, general ledger, CRM, and BI reporting.
• Drive and support finance systems initiatives that enhance controls, boost efficiency, facilitate integrations, and meet business and compliance requirements.
• Manage requirements gathering, testing, change readiness, user communication, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate the quarterly release cycle from intake and prioritization to testing, deployment readiness, and impact communication.
• Ensure finance systems comply with business, audit, compliance, and control standards while maintaining stability, usability, and scalability.
• Act as an escalation point for finance leaders and business partners regarding system-related inquiries, process issues, controls, and support priorities.
• Support AI-driven initiatives that enhance finance processes, insights, automation, and user experience.
• Experience in finance or accounting processes, including operational workflows, controls, accounting implications, and system-related risks.
• Previous experience in people management is essential, including leading, coaching, prioritizing work, managing escalations, and enhancing service delivery.
• Required experience in supporting large ERP systems.
• Preferred experience with SAP.
• Broader experience with finance systems is advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of support processes, access management, change control, testing, documentation, release management, and finance system controls.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across finance, IT, development teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including investigation of complex issues, root-cause analysis, and controlled resolution.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, balance operational support with project delivery, and maintain high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
