Manager – Finance Reporting and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of CVS Enterprise Finance's reporting strategy.

• Provide scalable, precise, and automated reporting solutions utilizing SAP platforms.

• Collaborate with Finance and IT partners to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Execute the enterprise finance reporting strategy in alignment with business goals and data governance standards.

• Assist in the design and execution of standardized reporting across essential finance processes.

• Promote the adoption of modern SAP and Non-SAP reporting tools along with embedded analytics features.

• Work alongside Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure coherence with architecture, data models, and system functionalities.

• Effectively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

• Spot opportunities to optimize reporting processes and decrease manual efforts.

• Propel automation and performance enhancement throughout reporting workflows.

• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency across reporting outputs.

• Assist in planning and executing reporting initiatives, guaranteeing timely delivery within scope.

• Manage priorities across various reporting requests and projects.

• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies while recommending mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on reporting, analytics, or similar roles.

• Proficiency in designing and developing financial reports and dashboards using tools such as SAP BW and SAP BW/4 HANA.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise settings (healthcare or retail preferred).

• Practical experience with any reporting/dashboard solutions, such as SAP SAC, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent years of relevant professional experience may serve as a substitute.
