This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for leading and coordinating Field Service Engineers across Northern Germany and Poland.
• Guarantee high-quality technical support, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience in the region.
• Convert departmental and company strategies into actionable operational plans.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate an integrated customer journey.
• Cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement as a people leader.
• A higher education degree in a technical or engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading a team of engineers.
• Demonstrated expertise in people management, coaching, and team development.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Robust organizational and performance management skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, including IVDR and ISO13485, and the capacity to translate regulatory requirements into compliant processes, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
• Proficient in English and knowledgeable in German.
• Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or a related regulated sector is preferred.
