📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to surpass monthly objectives and annual sales targets within the construction technology field.

• Discover new market prospects by engaging in industry networking and fostering strategic B2B relationships.

• Collaborate with technical pre-sales specialists to develop and implement account strategies aimed at securing valuable new clients.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Trimble at significant industry events.

• Cultivate partnerships with technology collaborators and industry organizations.

• Enhance field success by accompanying the sales team for on-site client engagements and crucial demonstrations throughout North America.

• Guide and influence the professional growth of the sales team.

• Propel strategic expansion for Trimble’s North American New Logo Sales sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven sales experience in a software environment.

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Proficient in influencing and communicating effectively with C-level executives and a variety of stakeholders.

• Solid background in account management, including strategic networking capabilities.

• Experience in evolving and tailoring sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer insights.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% to assist field operations.

• Extensive knowledge of North American AEC industry workflows is advantageous.

• Experience in managing remote or geographically distributed sales teams is a plus.

• A technical background or degree in a field pertinent to construction or business technology is a bonus.
