This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Manager Enterprise Integration & Architecture (m/f/d), you will spearhead the networking and modernization of our clients' system landscapes.
• You will provide strategic consultancy to our clients on designing their future integration architectures and create concepts for utilizing the SAP Integration Suite and other BTP services.
• You will architect and execute complex integration scenarios (A2A, B2B, B2G, API-based, event-driven) leveraging the extensive capabilities of the SAP Integration Suite.
• You will acquire and lead challenging customer projects from the planning phase to successful go-live, while also engaging directly in implementation and configuration tasks.
• You will assume technical leadership and contribute to building our consulting team in the area of Enterprise Integration, mentoring talent and ensuring their technical and methodological advancement.
• You will actively participate in presales activities, further develop our offerings around the SAP Integration Suite, and persuade our clients of the benefits of modern integration methodologies.
• You will establish new sales channels in partnership with reputable entities such as SAP, DSAG, or industry associations while nurturing these relationships.
• You will position yourself and nfaculty as thought leaders in SAP Integration by crafting and delivering technical presentations, webinars, and training sessions.
• You will keep your knowledge of the SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, and related technologies (e.g., Event Mesh, API Management, Edge Integration Cell) current and introduce fresh ideas into the organization, such as the application of AI in integration.
• This position offers a clear path for you to evolve into a Director role with comprehensive responsibilities, including commercial aspects.
• A completed university degree — the specific field of study is less critical than demonstrated expertise.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and/or solution architecture with a strong emphasis on SAP technologies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on project experience with the SAP Integration Suite and its core components (e.g., Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
• Familiarity with SAP Process Orchestration and migration scenarios is a plus.
• A solid understanding of modern integration patterns, API design, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native principles.
• Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as a whole is a significant advantage.
• Initial experience in providing technical guidance to teams or leading (sub)projects, along with a desire to build and develop a team.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills to be perceived as a competent contact and architect.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, a hands-on approach, and the desire to make a substantial impact in a startup environment.
• Proficient in German and English (each at least at C1 level).
• Willingness to travel for customer-specific workshops, team events, and internal meetings (your base will be remote).
