Manager, Enterprise Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serve as a sponsorship leader for agreements within a designated area of business.

• Identify, recruit, hire, onboard, empower, develop, enable, and retain exceptional architect talent.

• Maintain a consistent operational rhythm for reporting and updates that clearly communicates deal progress.

• Engage directly with individual contributors and leaders across presales, sales, product management, delivery, and engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in architecture, including enterprise, data, or content architecture.

• More than 10 years of experience in people management.

• Experience in software presales or sales is preferred.

• Familiarity with Adobe products, particularly Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform.

• Strong executive presence, excellent presentation abilities, and proficient documentation skills.

• Capability to forge strong relationships with Adobe and partner consultants and delivery leaders.
