This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete project delivery for assigned initiatives.
• Manage several simultaneous projects with established timelines, scopes, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and uphold clear project accountability.
• Oversee the delivery of AI-driven tools, automations, and pilot programs throughout BAS.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advance initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Organize testing, rollout, training, and adoption activities among stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, adoption, and feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Lead the execution of integration projects across enterprise systems and applications.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, and deployment efforts for system enhancements.
• Ensure that business needs align with system capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to provide integrated solutions.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings and deliver clear status updates.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Partner with BAS agencies, IT, HR, finance, business units, vendors, and clients.
• Convey information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3–5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with system integrations and enterprise applications.
• Experience with AI, automation, or digital tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Background in retail, field operations, or service-oriented organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, M365), Salesforce, Oracle (HCM/ERP/Recruiting), UKG, or similar systems.
• Experience in supporting the rollout of internal tools or technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, automation platforms, workflow tools).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to convert business needs into actionable project plans.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong execution focus.
