This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervising the daily operations of the Digital Ad Trafficking Specialists for NBC Local
• Conducting interviews, hiring, training, and developing the Ad Trafficking team
• Managing multiple internal and external policies
• Diagnosing issues with ad servers and websites to ensure effective campaign operation
• Creating best practices for operational procedures related to ad-supported streaming services
• Maintaining proactive communication regarding account status among various stakeholders
• Monitoring and enhancing customer satisfaction related to successful campaign management
• Documenting, updating, and maintaining ad specifications, trafficking, and workflow procedures
• Ensuring creative materials comply with technical requirements
• Overseeing communication with both internal and external teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Over 5 years of experience with ad serving platforms or ad trafficking
• Previous supervisory or management experience is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, and other digital advertising platforms
• Good knowledge of various online creative formats (e.g., Javascript tags, Video/VAST, Rich Media)
