This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Lead and oversee analytics teams that support operational, supply chain, customer-facing, and enterprise technology projects.
• Formulate and implement data science and analytics strategies that align with business goals and corporate priorities.
• Supervise the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reporting solutions, predictive models, and operational analytics tools.
• Manage analytics projects from inception to delivery, which includes project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to discover data-driven opportunities and bolster strategic initiatives.
• Examine operational, logistics, transportation, website, API, and customer experience data to identify trends, risks, and areas for enhancement.
• Assist in monitoring digital platform performance and operational reporting related to customer-facing technologies and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency in reporting, and adherence to enterprise data governance standards.
• Offer leadership, mentorship, and coaching to analytics team members and cross-departmental partners.
• Investigate emerging industry trends, analytics technologies, and best practices to foster innovation and ongoing improvement.
• Create executive-level reports and presentations to convey insights, recommendations, and business impacts.
• Work alongside customer-facing teams to support consulting initiatives and deliver data-driven business solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent international qualification is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience managing analytics, business intelligence, or data science teams.
• Strong background in data visualization, reporting tools, and database analysis.
• Prior experience supporting customer-facing technologies, APIs, or digital platforms is preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, GIS/ESRI, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in consulting, operational strategy, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
