Manager, Corporate Tax Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepare and evaluate income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.

• Offer tax provision and compliance services to a diverse array of corporate clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 multinational companies.

• Act as the main client service liaison for a designated portfolio; proactively identify opportunities for additional services.

• Oversee the execution of accounting services to guarantee technical precision and high-quality deliverables within budget and time limits.

• Enhance technical expertise by staying informed about tax legislation, trends, and advancements; develop in-depth technical knowledge in the field of income tax accounting.

• Lead and supervise teams of tax professionals: Engage in mentoring and developing team members; Take an active role in recruiting, training, and retaining team talent.

• Review the work of Associates and Seniors before it is submitted to Senior/Managing Directors for final evaluation.

• Support administrative and operational projects as directed by firm leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, along with a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent credential in the state of practice.

• Demonstrated success in overseeing complete engagements and proven technical expertise in preparing and reviewing income tax return documentation in compliance with U.S. Federal, State, and Local tax regulations.

• Driven, quick learner with excellent communication abilities and a proven record of professionalism.

• At least 4 years of recent, continuous corporate tax experience, currently holding a title of “Manager” or a comparable designation.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
