This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish the content mix and publishing frequency across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
• Convert existing assets into formats optimized for each platform to enhance engagement and reach.
• Manage the daily strategy, creation, and execution of all organic social media channels.
• Spearhead Redzone's video content strategy with a clear vision on format, storytelling, and platform effectiveness.
• Create focused content and channel strategies that align with account-based marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the assessment and implementation of media sponsorships and editorial collaborations.
• Amplify the impact of significant events through content programs before, during, and after the events across owned and social channels.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content adaptation, optimize channels, and improve performance reporting.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B content strategy, digital marketing, or social media, preferably in the SaaS or industrial technology sectors.
• Proven track record in video strategy and channel growth, particularly on YouTube.
• In-depth knowledge of organic social platform dynamics, especially across LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
• Experience in supporting account-based marketing programs with focused content and channel strategies.
• Strong editorial judgment — adept at recognizing what resonates with audiences in manufacturing and operations.
• AI-native mindset with practical experience in utilizing AI tools for content workflows.
• Solid analytical skills — able to leverage channel performance data, search trends, and audience insights to inform content strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma and Canva.
• Familiarity with video editing tools for trimming, modifying, and refining short-form content.
• A proactive self-starter who excels in a lean environment and can swiftly transition from strategy to execution.
