Manager, Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Commercial Quality initiatives throughout the Ergomed group.

• Ensure adherence to global GxP regulations and standards.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in GxP Commercial Quality.

• Provide quality insights for client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defense activities.

• Collaborate with Business Development to identify new business opportunities.

• Create commercial materials to enhance Quality as a Service initiatives.

• Supervise the preparation and analysis of metrics related to Commercial Quality.

• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing quality culture across global teams.

• Assist with project quality and compliance activities, including managing deviations, CAPAs, training coordination, document management, and audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management, with strong skills in engaging, communicating, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Expertise in preparing presentations, capability decks, and client-facing documents.

• Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical practices.

• Experience in crafting and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.

• Familiarity with project management, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Background in supporting quality management activities, including handling deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, or process improvement efforts.

• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams in a global or matrix structure.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
