This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Global Education, US Commercial Marketing, Sales Leadership, Healthcare Compliance, and various functional teams to design and implement sales education programs.
• Utilize adult learning principles and professional facilitation techniques.
• Deliver live, virtual, and self-guided learning experiences in line with the 30-40-30 learning framework.
• Ensure that learning materials are up-to-date, have received necessary approvals, and comply with legal and governmental standards.
• Conduct training sessions on anatomy, procedures, intricate clinical concepts, products, competitive technologies, and business practices.
• Assist in the development and training initiatives for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Work with Field Sales Training to ensure learner consistency.
• Engage in development activities that align with the Learning Professional Competency Model.
• Provide support to the JJMT EP field area, preparing the field sales team to implement key initiatives and achieve benchmarks.
• Be prepared to travel domestically up to 40% for new-hire training classes based in Irvine and field support activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is essential.
• At least 5 years of relevant business experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology Mapping and/or EP Lab is necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Capability to develop strong working relationships is crucial.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to influence both small and large groups effectively.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology devices and equipment is preferred.
• Background in adult learning concepts and theories is preferred.
• Experience in virtual facilitation is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% is required.
