
Manager, Clinical Research Specialist Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee and propel the THV clinical training program by executing the curriculum, standardizing processes, developing content, managing SME resources, and documenting to ensure study compliance.
• Maintain consistent communication and collaborate with partner THV clinical teams, various THV partners, consultants, customers, and effectively network with pertinent stakeholders.
• Create content related to specialist training topics that exemplify best practices concerning necessary non-procedural knowledge.
• Train and assess the quality of team members' execution of specialist and physician training processes and documentation.
• Ensure an audit-ready environment for all facets of regulatory and non-regulatory audits concerning training.
• Lead the evaluation of teams’ adherence to GSOPs, work instructions, protocols, LMS, and regulatory obligations.
• Spearhead audit preparation initiatives for THV, including team education, process development, timeline management, communication, and implementation.
• Identify, acquire, develop, and sustain programs utilized for electronic documentation records and processes for both internal and external training.
• Strategically design and manage the implementation of training programs for THV focused on best practices, trends, regulatory obligations, and updates on published guidance, policies, and procedures.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a robust clinical background or equivalent work experience according to Edwards criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
